📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

📦 Packing Operations

Pack finished products as per company standards.
Read and verify product names before packing.
Ensure proper labeling and quality packaging.

⚙️ Production Work

Operate production machines under supervisor guidance.
Support production line activities.
Maintain production targets and quality standards.

🚚 Material Handling

Perform loading and unloading of materials safely.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage.

🏭 Shop Floor Activities

Maintain cleanliness and workplace discipline.
Follow company safety procedures and SOPs.
Work effectively with the production team.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS

Ability to read product names accurately.
Basic understanding of packing and production processes.
Physically fit and willing to work on the shop floor.
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
