Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and disciplined Apprentice Trainees to join our Greater Noida plant. The selected candidates will undergo hands-on training in mechanical trades such as Fitting, Turning, and Machining. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain industry exposure and build a strong foundation for a career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production activities under the supervision of senior technicians.

• Operate and maintain machines related to Fitting, Turning, or Machining.

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Learn and apply technical skills in real-time shop floor operations.

• Support the team in achieving production targets.

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and efficiency in the workplace.

Required Skills

• ITI (Fitter)

• ITI (Turner)

• ITI (Machinist)

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Teamwork and adaptability in industrial settings

• Commitment to quality and safety standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist)

• Passing Years: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years

Compensation & Benefits

• Stipend: ₹13,500/- per month

• OT Pay: ₹65/- per hour

• Duty Hours: 8 hours per day

• Food Charges: ₹16/- per day (deducted from salary)
