Wanted CMM Operator

We are currently looking for a skilled CMM Operator / Inspection Engineer to join our growing Quality Assurance team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect precision-machined parts.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.

Generate accurate inspection reports and document quality issues.

Perform routine maintenance and calibration of measurement tools.

🎯 Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating CMM equipment.

Familiarity with CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Zeiss Calypso, PolyWorks, etc.).

Strong understanding of GD&T and mechanical inspection techniques.

Proficiency in using standard measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).

Diploma, ITI, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
