Machine Operator

Position: Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and carry out daily production work as per requirements.

• Perform accurate measurements using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.

• Conduct insert changing, basic tool setting, and ensure tooling readiness for production.

• Inspect components during and after machining to maintain quality standards.

• Follow engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.

• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or quality issues.

• Maintain 5S, safety, and cleanliness around the machine.

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.

• Hands-on experience in insert changing and basic tooling concepts.

• Ability to operate production machines independently.

• Understanding of quality inspection methods.

Basic drawing reading (preferred).
