Machine Operator

We are looking for a Flexo Printing Machine Operator to join our team at Printzania Digital to manage small two colour printing machine. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the flexo printing and reel-to-sheet cutting machine as per job specifications.

• Load and align jumbo rolls of substrate (paper/film) correctly on the machine.

• Monitor print quality, registration, and color consistency throughout the print run.

• Adjust machine settings (pressure, speed, ink levels, drying) for optimal output.

• Carry out daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting to reduce downtime.

• Ensure precise cutting to required sheet sizes with accurate count and stacking.

• Inspect printed sheets for defects like smudging, misregistration, ink blotting, or uneven cuts.

• Keep records/logs of daily production, material usage, and maintenance.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine area.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
