Operate and monitor all STP units such as aeration tanks, clarifiers, filters, pumps, and blowers
Ensure proper functioning of mechanical and electrical equipment
Maintain required parameters like pH, DO, MLSS, BOD, COD as per standards
Regular inspection and preventive maintenance of plant equipment
Record daily operational data and maintain logs/registers
Handle sludge management, dewatering, and disposal activities
Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues
Ensure compliance with pollution control norms and safety standards
Coordinate with supervisors and report any abnormalities or breakdowns
