Machine Operator

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineers (Diploma / Graduate) to join our manufacturing unit as Trainees. The selected candidates will be trained and guided by senior engineers to understand production processes, machine operations, maintenance, and quality standards in a real-time industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on the shop floor.

• Support the production team in achieving daily targets.

• Learn and apply manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques.

• Work with senior engineers on process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Participate in preventive maintenance and documentation activities.

• Gain practical exposure to CNC machines, automation systems, and quality control methods.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.

• Freshers can apply.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.

• Willingness to work in a factory/manufacturing environment.

• Good learning attitude and adaptability.
