Machine Operator

We are looking for a Printing Machine Operator to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate printing machines as per job order and production plan.

• Set up machine parameters such as ink, pressure, speed, and alignment.

• Load raw materials (film, paper, labels, packaging material, etc.).

• Ensure correct color matching and print quality as per sample/specification.

• Monitor machine performance during printing operations.

• Perform job changeovers, cleaning, and setup adjustments.

• Inspect printed output for defects such as misprint, color variation, smudging, or alignment issues.

• Maintain production output records and job documentation.

• Minimize wastage of ink, material, and time during production.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.

• Report machine faults or breakdowns to maintenance department.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production deadlines.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S housekeeping standards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
