Machine Operator

Job Description:

To support production operations by learning and performing basic machine operation activities, ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and adherence to manufacturing practices under the guidance of senior operators and supervisors.

Job Reasonability:

Production Machine Operation (Training Phase):

Learn and assist in operating production machines as per the defined procedures. Support in loading raw materials correctly to ensure smooth and efficient machine operation.

Quality Control & Assurance:

Understand quality standards and assist in checking products for defects. Report any abnormalities or deviations immediately to the Line Leader.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all workplace safety rules, guidelines, and instructions. Consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain safe working behaviour.

Resource Handling:

Assist in efficient use of production resources, including machinery, raw materials, and consumables. Learn proper handling methods to avoid wastage or damage. Support to Line Leader & Team Members:

Provide support in the production process and maintain the allocated work area. Follow instructions to ensure productivity, discipline, and compliance with SOPs. Documentation & Reporting:

Learn to fill daily production reports, checklists, and logbooks accurately. Support in maintaining proper documentation as required by production standards Page 1 of 2 Basic Maintenance Support:

Assist team members in routine machine maintenance activities. Participate in Cleaning, Lubrication, Tightening, and Inspection (CLTI) tasks under supervision Adherence to GMP Guidelines: Maintain personal hygiene, proper uniform, and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Keep workstations clean, organised, and compliant with audit requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th/ITI/Diploma (Any discipline).

Experience: Fresher; no prior industry experience required. Skills: Basic understanding of manufacturing/production processes (added advantage). Willingness to learn machine operations and safety standards.

Ability to work in shifts and follow instructions. Discipline, punctuality, and positive attitude
