KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • Vehicle Assembly: Execute end-to-end component assembly operations on the electric vehicle production line according to rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Tool Competency: Safely and efficiently operate handheld pneumatic tools, torque wrenches, welding apparatus, and specific automated testing equipment. Quality Audits: Conduct preliminary visual quality checks on incoming sub-assemblies and immediately escalate any detected defects to the line supervisor. Target Achievement: Adhere tightly to production timelines and hourly output targets defined by the shop-floor management. Lean Manufacturing: Maintain a clean, organized, and standardized workstation in strict compliance with 5S lean manufacturing guidelines.
