·         Set up and adjusted Molds in injection moulding machines, improving setup times

·         Operated and maintained injection moulding machines.

• Collaborated with engineering team to implement process improvements, increasing machine uptime.

• Trained new operators on safe and effective use of machinery, reducing training time.

• Ensure preventive maintenance of production equipment and coordinate with the engineering team for repairs.

• Conducted regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, reducing downtime.

• Monitored and optimized plastic injection moulding processes to ensure product quality Prepare production reports.

·         Conduct routine clean the machines,

·         Inspecting, degating, grinding runners, removal of flash, cleaning, and the performing of finishing procedures

Required Qualifications & Skills:

·         10th,12th, ITI, B.E-Mechanical /Diploma Mech, EEE

·         3 to 7 years of experience in Plastic Injection Moulding.

·         Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
