💰 Salary & Benefits:

For 10th / 12th Pass:

CTC: ₹16,100

In-hand: ₹12,402 + ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus

After 2 months: ₹1,500 Attendance Bonus

For ITI / Graduate:

CTC: ₹16,700

In-hand: ₹12,882 + ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus

For Diploma:

CTC: ₹17,300

In-hand: ₹13,330 + ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus

👉 Attendance Bonus applicable for 26 days present

Overtime (OT): ₹100 – ₹110 per hour
