Machine Operator

• Set up, operate, and monitor liner carton/packaging machines.

• Adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, alignment) as per job requirements.

• Check raw materials like paperboard, liners, inks, adhesives, etc.

• Inspect cartons for size, shape, printing & quality defects.

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines.

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for major breakdowns.

• Maintain production logs, daily output records, and reject reports.
