Setup & Operation: Prepare machines, load materials, and adjust settings (speed, layout) for production cycles.
Monitoring & Quality Control: Continuously watch machinery, perform regular tests, inspect products for flaws using measuring tools, and check against specifications.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Carry out routine maintenance, identify and fix minor mechanical issues, and report complex problems.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean workspace.
Documentation: Create and manage logs for production, defects, maintenance, and quality metrics.
