Job Description: Assistant Machine Operator
Position Title: Assistant Machine Operator – Edible Oil Plant
Location: Krishnapatnam Port, Andhra Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-time (Rotational Shifts)
Job Overview
The Assistant Machine Operator supports the efficient operation and monitoring of processing machinery and automated packaging lines in an edible oil refining and packaging plant. This role assists senior operators with refinery units or high-speed packaging equipment while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Assist in machine startup, operation, changeovers, and shutdown procedures across processing and packaging lines.
Monitoring & Quality: Regularly check operational parameters, oil levels, fill weights, and package seal integrity to meet FSSAI standards.
Bulk Handling Support: Assist with pump operations, strainer cleaning, and valve alignments for oil transfer.
Maintenance Support: Perform routine lubrication, clear minor blockages, and assist technicians during mechanical troubleshooting.
Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all safety protocols, use required PPE, maintain 5S workspace cleanliness, and record shift production data.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Standard (Pass).
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or edible oil packaging plants.
Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude, familiarity with automated machinery, and attention to detail.
Languages: Proficiency in Telugu; working knowledge of English or Hindi.
Physical & Shift Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 kg, and work in rotational shifts (including nights).
