Job Title- Machine Operator

Experience- 1-5 years

Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring machinery runs efficiently and safely

Plan maintenance schedules and reduce machine downtime

Manage operators, technicians, and production teams

Monitor production targets, quality, and cost control

Ensure safety compliance and handle breakdowns/issues quickly

Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and plant operations

Leadership and team management skills

Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability

🎓 Qualification

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

Experience in plant operations or machinery handling preferred
