We are looking for ITI Machine Operators to join our team. The role involves operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery while maintaining production, quality and safety standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of approximately ₹20,000 - ₹21,000, depending on the job location, along with overtime benefits and an opportunity to build a career in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Report machine or production-related issues to the supervisor
Work effectively with the production team to meet daily targets
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ITI and candidates should be between 18 - 25 years of age. Freshers can also apply, and training will be provided to selected candidates. Local candidates will be preferred.
Candidates with experience or knowledge of the following machines will have an added advantage:
CNC Machine
Laminated Machine
Die Punching Machine
Rotary Machine
Training:
Freshers: 4 - 6 weeks
Experienced candidates: 2 - 3 weeks
Salary and Benefits:
₹21,000 CTC with approximately ₹18,000 in-hand salary

The job involves 6 days of working with rotational shifts between 9 AM - 6 PM and 2 PM - 10 PM.
