Job Description

Job Title: Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Operator For Pigment Green 7 Manufacturing Plant, Vapi, Gujarat

Position Overview

Kunder Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Operator for our Pigment Green 7 manufacturing facility located in Vapi, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out washing activities and collect effluent water for treatment in the ETP plant.

· Regularly monitor and check the pH levels of the tanks to ensure proper treatment processes.

· To carry lime dosing as per requirement and operate filter press

· Unload lime sludge and ensure timely removal of accumulated sludge from the plant.

· Coordinate and ensure the timely discharge of treated water to the Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CEPT) as per regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an ETP operator, preferably in a chemical or pigment manufacturing setting.

In-depth knowledge of effluent treatment processes and regulatory compliance standards.

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Shift Timings: 12-hour shifts with one weekly off.
