Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically inclined Machine Operator (Fresher) to join our beverage manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery involved in processes such as filling, bottling, labeling, and packaging. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in FMCG / beverage production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Operate beverage production machines such as bottle filling, capping, labeling, shrink wrapping, and packaging equipment.

•Ensure machines run efficiently with minimal downtime.

•Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments as per production requirements.

•Monitor product quality during production and report any deviations.

•Maintain daily production logs and machine performance records.

•Follow SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelines.

•Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.

•Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams in case of breakdowns or defects.

•Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.

•Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, production reporting tools).

Skills & Competencies:

•Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

•Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes is an advantage.

•Ability to read basic machine manuals and SOPs.

•Attention to detail and quality awareness.

•Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts if required).

•Basic documentation and reporting skills.

Required Qualifications:

•Education: High school diploma or equivalent (ITI in Mechanic/Electrician or Vocational Training is a plus).

•Experience: Fresher, or 0–1 year experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
