Key Responsibilities
Operate anodising tanks and equipment as per set process parameters (voltage, current, timing, bath chemistry)
Load and unload aluminum needle parts into anodising tanks in the correct sequence
Monitor tank conditions and report any abnormalities to the supervisor
Handle chemicals safely, following prescribed dosing and safety procedures
Perform basic quality checks on anodised parts (colour consistency, finish) and segregate defects
Coordinate handover of anodised parts to ink masking and belt grinding stages
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at the workstation
Use PPE correctly at all times and follow fume suction and safety protocols
Maintain basic production and consumption records as instructed
Requirements
10th/12th pass or ITI preferred; prior factory/production experience is a plus (freshers can also apply)
Willingness to work with chemicals in a controlled, well-ventilated environment
Basic understanding of following process instructions and safety norms
Physically fit and able to work in rotational shifts
Punctual and reliable, with good attendance record
