A Male Labelling Machine Operator operates and maintains labeling equipment to accurately and efficiently apply labels to various products or packaging. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring production, performing maintenance, and ensuring label quality and alignment.

Operating Labeling Machines: Setting up, operating, and monitoring labeling machines to ensure labels are applied correctly and efficiently.

Machine Adjustment: Adjusting machine settings based on different product specifications and label types.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure machine functionality.

Quality Inspection: Inspecting labeled products for accuracy, alignment, and quality compliance.

Production Data Recording: Recording production data and reporting any issues to supervisors.

Inventory Management: Maintaining inventory levels of raw materials, including labels and other necessary supplies, and logging their usage.

Communication and Collaboration: Working with quality control and production teams to optimize efficiency and address any issues.

Safety and Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
