Machine Operator

We are looking for skilled and responsible Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates should have experience in operating and maintaining industrial machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machines safely and efficiently as per production plans.

• Set up machines, adjust settings, and monitor operations to ensure quality output.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery.

• Report any malfunctions, damages, or quality issues immediately to the supervisor.

• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Record production data and maintain log sheets accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.

• Knowledge of machine operations, safety standards, and quality control.

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions or drawings (if applicable).

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting.

• Good teamwork, communication, and problem–solving skills.

• Basic education [mention minimum qualification, e.g., SSLC/ITI/Diploma].
