About the Role

J-Steel Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and precise Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient operation of specialized machinery used to produce our high-quality J-Press stainless steel pipes and fittings. The ideal candidate has experience working with simple mechanical/automatic equipment and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and tend various production machines, including pipe cutting, grooving, pressing, and forming equipment, strictly following operational guidelines.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products (pipes and fittings) for defects and dimensional accuracy using measuring tools (calipers, gauges) to ensure they meet J-Press quality specifications.

• Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on assigned machinery, including cleaning and minor troubleshooting, to ensure optimal performance.

• Material Handling: Load raw materials (stainless steel pipes/sheets) into machines and safely offload finished products.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related field preferred.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience operating machinery, preferably in a metal fabrication, welding, or piping environment.

• Skills: Basic knowledge of reading blueprints, measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer), and basic machine mechanics.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
