Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery in our production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high safety standards, and produce quality products according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before the beginning of a shift.

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.

• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on machines.

• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

• Maintain accurate production records and logs.

• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.

• Familiarity with production machinery and tools.

• Basic understanding of mechanical and technical principles.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
