Compensation & Benefits:

• Stipend:

  • Diploma: ₹15,368/- per month

  • ITI: ₹12,411/- per month

• Overtime Rate (As per company norms):

  • Diploma: ₹69/- per hour

  • ITI: ₹57/- per hour

• Night Shift Allowance: ₹520/-

• Attendance Award: ₹500/-

• Annual Bonus:

  • Diploma: ₹1197 × 12 = ₹14,364/-

  • ITI: ₹985 × 12 = ₹11,820/-

• Accommodation:
  Approx. ₹1,500/- per month (Sharing basis)

• Medical:
  Free Medical Facility
