Job Summary

Barco Electronics System Private Limited is looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to operate and maintain production machinery. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth manufacturing operations, follow safety standards, and meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Set up machines for production runs and adjust controls as required

• Monitor machine performance and report any issues or breakdowns

• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines

• Ensure production targets are met with minimal wastage

• Maintain quality standards and inspect finished products

• Follow workplace safety rules and company policies

• Maintain daily production and machine logs

• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (ITI preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing unit is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of machine handling and tools

• Ability to understand instructions and work independently

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
