Job Summary

Barco Electronics System Private Limited is looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to operate and maintain production machinery. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth manufacturing operations, follow safety standards, and meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operate assigned machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Set up machines for production runs and adjust controls as required
Monitor machine performance and report any issues or breakdowns
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines
Ensure production targets are met with minimal wastage
Maintain quality standards and inspect finished products
Follow workplace safety rules and company policies
Maintain daily production and machine logs
Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (ITI preferred but not mandatory)
Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing unit is an advantage
Basic knowledge of machine handling and tools
Ability to understand instructions and work independently
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Willingness to work in shifts, if required
