Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures

• Set up machines for daily production activities

• Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions

• Ensure quality standards are met during production

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times

• Record production data and report output details

• Assist senior operators and supervisors as required

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant field preferred)

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment

• Basic understanding of machine operations and tools

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic mechanical knowledge

• Attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work in shifts

• Good hand-eye coordination

• Teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in manufacturing or production units

• Knowledge of safety practices and machine maintenance
