Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate and maintain machinery in our production facility. The ideal candidate must be ready to work in overtime shifts and occasionally perform double duty to meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines safely and efficiently as per standard procedures

• Set up machines before the start of shift and adjust settings as required

• Monitor machine performance and quality of output

• Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Maintain accurate daily production and machine logs

• Ensure quality control by checking the product regularly

• Work in overtime hours as and when required (including weekends or holidays)

• Perform double duty (help in multiple machines or assist other operators) during manpower shortage

• Follow all health, safety, and company policies

• Report mechanical failures or safety issues immediately

Requirements:

• High school diploma / ITI / equivalent qualification

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar machine operator role

• Willingness to work overtime and extra shifts

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (standing, lifting, bending)

• Good team player with a sense of responsibility

• Basic understanding of machine controls and tools
