Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate, maintain, and monitor production machinery. The candidate should ensure machines are running efficiently, products meet quality standards, and production targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assigned machines during production.

• Set up machines before starting production cycles.

• Load raw materials and feed components into machines.

• Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure quality standards.

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults to the supervisor.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

• Record daily production data and machine performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: 10th / 12th pass, ITI, or diploma in a relevant trade.

• Experience: [Freshers / 1-3 years of experience in machine operation].

• Basic knowledge of machine mechanics and tools.

• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

• [8 / 12 hour shifts] with possible overtime.

• Standing for long periods and handling heavy materials.
