We are hiring fresh Diploma graduates for the position of Machine Operator with a reputed FMCG company in Guntur.

Drive Details:

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma in Mechanical, ECE, or EEE Engineering
Freshers only
Male and Female candidates can apply
No other specializations are eligible for this drive

Traineeship Details:

6 Months Paid Traineeship
Additional Travel & Food Allowance
Initial employment will be through a third-party payroll
Candidates may be considered for permanent employment upon successful completion of the traineeship and satisfactory performance

Key Responsibilities:

Follow all safety regulations of the facility and ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Ensure all machinery and equipment are in good working condition during shift handover and takeover
Collect and verify blend sheets, production records, and pre-operational checklists for the ongoing production run during shift relieving
Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the concerned team
Maintain production records and ensure compliance with operational procedures
Support smooth production operations by coordinating with production and maintenance teams
Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to safety and quality standards
Follow company SOPs, GMP practices, and operational guidelines at all times
