Machine Operator

Job Description:

• Operate and monitor SCADA/PLC-controlled production systems for our products.

• Plan and execute daily production activities as per production schedules and batch requirements.

• Control and adjust process parameters (mixing, batching, dosing, conveying, packing) through PLC/HMI

systems.

• Supervise and guide shop-floor operators/helpers during shifts, if required.

• Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, downtime reports, and shift reports.

• Minimize downtime, wastage, and deviations through proactive monitoring.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and plant safety regulations.

• Monitor production output and ensure daily production targets are achieved.

• Perform routine checks on machinery and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the

maintenance team.

• Maintain production records, batch logs, downtime reports, and PLC-related process data.

• Track pending production orders and assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of raw materials and

packaging materials.

• Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and improve operational

efficiency.

Qualification and Skills:

• Should have min 1-3 years of experience in Construction chemicals / Paints industry

• Graduate in Science – Engineering / Chemistry background

• Knowledge of production process and activities, should be capable enough to work under stress, manage

production rate and meeting deadlines.

• Knowledge of operations & time management

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
