Eagle Pack is looking for a Machine Operator with at least 1 year of experience in operating thermoforming machines (based on pneumatics and heaters).

Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
Operate and monitor thermoforming machines for smooth production.

• थर्मोफॉर्मिंग मशीन को चलाना और निगरानी करना ताकि उत्पादन सुचारू रहे।

• Set machine parameters (heaters, pneumatics) as per requirements.

• उत्पादन के अनुसार मशीन पैरामीटर (हीटर्स, प्न्युमैटिक्स) सेट करना।

• Perform daily cleaning, lubrication, and checks of machines.

• मशीन की रोज़ाना सफाई, ग्रीसिंग और जाँच करना।

• Assist in Mold/die changeovers and record downtime.

• मोल्ड/डाई बदलने में सहयोग करना और समय दर्ज करना।

• Identify and troubleshoot minor issues.

• मशीन की छोटी समस्याओं की पहचान और समाधान करना।

• Record production data accurately in logbooks/sheets.

• उत्पादन डेटा को सही तरीके से लॉगबुक/शीट में दर्ज करना।

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
