Job Title: VMC Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced VMC Operator to set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (CNC Machines) to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and cutting metal components as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate VMC machines independently.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

• Load raw materials and tools into the machine.

• Adjust machine settings (speeds, feeds, and tool paths) as needed.

• Monitor the machining process to ensure high-quality output.

• Perform quality checks using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.

• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and reporting issues.

• Ensure work area is clean and organized.

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
  
  Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of different materials (aluminum, steel, etc.)

  • Experience with tool selection and machine calibration.

  • Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
    
    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 years of experience operating VMC/CNC machines.

    • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.

    • Basic knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens controls preferred).

    • Strong attention to detail and quality.

    • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
