Job Description

Operating Machinery: Controlling and running heavy equipment, such as loaders, cranes, excavators, and crushers, to move, lift, and process materials on-site. Monitoring Systems: Observing gauges, dials, and control panels to ensure equipment and processes are working correctly and within specified parameters. Maintenance and Repairs: Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments to keep machinery in good working order. They also conduct daily safety checks and report any faults to supervisors. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols, conducting pre-startup inspections, and ensuring the plant environment is free from hazards. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and material usage. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving operational problems and process deviations to maintain efficiency and prevent downtime. Material and Inventory Management: Loading and unloading materials, managing stockpiles, and replenishing inventory as needed. Housekeeping: Performing general cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work area.
