मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)सिलाई संचालन (Sewing Operation): विभिन्न प्रकार की औद्योगिक सिलाई मशीनों (जैसे सिंगल नीडल, डबल नीडल, ओवरलॉक आदि) को कुशलतापूर्वक चलाना और उनका संचालन करना।कपड़ों को जोड़ना (Assembling Garments): डिज़ाइन पैटर्न और विशिष्टताओं (Specifications) के अनुसार कपड़ों के कटे हुए टुकड़ों को एक साथ सिलना।गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण (Quality Control): यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सिले हुए उत्पादों की जाँच करना कि वे गुणवत्ता मानकों (Quality Standards) और दिए गए नमूने (Sample) के अनुरूप हैं। खराब या दोषपूर्ण (Defective) सिलाई की पहचान करना और उसे ठीक करना।मशीन की देखभाल(Machine Maintenance): सिलाई मशीन में सुई (Needle), धागा (Thread) बदलना और मशीन की नियमित सफाई एवं तेल डालना, ताकि मशीन सुचारू रूप से काम करे।उत्पादन लक्ष्य (Production Targets): दिए गए उत्पादन लक्ष्यों (Daily/Weekly Targets) को समय पर और कुशलतापूर्वक पूरा करना।सुरक्षा नियम (Safety Regulations): कार्यस्थल और मशीन के संचालन से संबंधित सभी सुरक्षा नियमों और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना।सामग्री का प्रबंधन (Material Handling): काम के लिए आवश्यक कपड़े, धागे और अन्य सहायक सामग्री (Accessories) को व्यवस्थित रखना।
