Indo Japan Horologicals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and hardworking freshers for the role of Trainee – System/Machine Operator in its semiconductor (LED manufacturing) unit. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in advanced manufacturing and gain hands-on experience with modern machinery and cleanroom processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in operating semiconductor/LED manufacturing machines
Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support machine setup and basic calibration under supervision
Monitor machine operations and report any issues to supervisors
Maintain basic production records and documentation
Follow cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines strictly
Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid contamination
Work closely with team members to achieve production targets

Eligibility Criteria

ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) or B.Sc / B.Tech (Fresher)
Basic understanding of machines or manufacturing processes
Willingness to learn and grow in semiconductor/LED industry
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
