JD- Machine Operator- BCB Pvt Ltd.

About Us:

BCB Pvt Ltd is a Joint venture between Biofuel Circle Pvt Ltd and Carbon Impact Capital group (CICPL). It

will operate manufacturing units to produce Solid Biofuel such as briquette and pellets as per the guidelines and

product portfolio of the organization.

CICPL is engaged in design, development and implementation of carbon emission reduction projects in areas of clean

cooking, clean water, carbon-di-oxide removal (CDR), nature-based solutions including biochar and afforestation.

CICPL is engaged in sustainable biomass and bioenergy solutions through innovative technology and eco-friendly

practices, aims to drive the transition toward a low-carbon economy while promoting energy independence and

environmental responsibility.

BiofuelCircle Pvt Ltd operates a proprietary online marketplace for buying and selling biomass products and offers

related value-added services. BiofuelCircle Pvt Ltd through its wholly owned subsidiary, BFC Supply Private Limited, is

also engaged in wholesale trade, warehousing, processing, transportation, and other allied activities related to

biomass.

Key Purpose:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Plant Operator to take full ownership of operations for a Biomass Pelletizing machine. This role demands handson expertise in machine troubleshooting and process control. The operator will work independently to ensure smooth functioning of the pelletizing unit and collaborate closely with the Plant Supervisor and Maintenance Fitter.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor biomass pellet machines efficiently.
Daily machine check before staring the production.
Ensure proper feeding of raw materials and monitor production output.
Conduct routine checks to maintain quality standards.
Report any operational issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols around the machinery.
Maintain 5S machine area and Shop floor housekeeping.

Qualification- Minimum ITI (Fitter, Machinist) diploma or equivalent

Key Skills-

• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical domains. 

• Proven ability to manage production independently and make data-driven decisions. 

• Familiarity with process instrumentation, control systems (PLCs, SCADA, or DCS systems), safety and environmental standards.

Work Experience- 1-5 years of experience in preferably Pellet Machine Operations
