Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Powder Coating Operator to operate powder coating equipment and ensure proper finishing of metal parts/products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate powder coating machines and spray guns.

• Prepare and clean metal surfaces before coating.

• Apply powder coating evenly as per required specifications.

• Check coated products for defects, thickness, and finishing.

• Maintain coating equipment and work area.

• Follow safety and quality standards.

• Handle materials and products carefully.

Requirements:

• Experience in powder coating preferred.

• Knowledge of powder coating machines and spray guns.

• Good attention to detail.

• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Freshers with basic knowledge may also be considered.
