Job Description

Job Title: Machine OperatorDepartment: ProductionLocation: Ayurved RasayaniReporting To: Production Supervisor / Production HeadJob Purpose:To operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment efficiently, ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining product quality in compliance with Ayurved Rasayani’s manufacturing and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate and handle machines such as tablet compression, capsule filling, coating, or packaging units as per department allocation.Start up, monitor, and shut down machines in accordance with SOPs.Maintain required production output with minimal downtime and wastage.Follow batch manufacturing records (BMR) and process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance of machines.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of machines and work areas as per GMP standards.Accurately record production data — batch numbers, output, downtime, etc.Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.Coordinate with supervisors, QA, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: ITI / Diploma / HSC with relevant technical background.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical / Ayurvedic / FMCG manufacturing preferred.Skills:Knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.Familiarity with GMP and production hygiene standards.Ability to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.Key Attributes:Responsible and disciplined.Good teamwork and communication skills.Quality-focused and safety-conscious attitude.Working Conditions:Shift-based role in a controlled manufacturing environment.Requires standing for long periods and operating machinery.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, including details of their experience, current and expected CTC, and notice period via email to ggm@rasayu.com or contact 9823444019.
