Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Machine Operator – E-Waste Dismantling & Processing

Department: Dismantling Operations / Production,

Location: Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune

Reporting To: Production/Line Supervisor

Role Purpose: Operate and maintain mechanical and automated equipment used in e-waste dismantling and processing while ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic shearing machine, PLC-based plasma cutter, and hydraulic clamping/pulling

machines

• Handle pneumatic tools, electric/pneumatic handheld power tools, and basic dismantling tools

• Perform e-waste dismantling and material segregation

• Conduct basic quantification and reporting of processed materials

• Achieve daily and shift-wise production targets

• Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols and SOPs strictly, must know 5S.

• Use PPE at all times and must able to motivate his team members For PPE, 5S and safety practices

• Maintain high safety awareness and due diligence mindset

People & Development

• Fast learner and adaptable to new processes

• Ability to train and support team members

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications: Min.10th + ITI (Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Electrical or equivalent)

Experience: 1–5 years preferred in manufacturing, fabrication, machining centers and

automobile industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Multiskilled candidates preferred

• Strong mechanical and tool-handling skills

• Self-motivated with continuous improvement mindset

Work Conditions: Willingness to work in 3-shift environment and Ready to work in staggered shifts

as per production plan requirements.

Physical Requirements

• 6/6 eyesight

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 30 kg load

• No physical disability impacting work or safety
