Position: Spray Dryer Operator

Location: Vapi, Valsad - Gujrat

A Spray Dryer for Chemical Material WDG Operator operates and maintains spray drying equipment, ensuring efficient and quality production. This involves monitoring equipment parameters, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor spray drying equipment: This includes adjusting parameters like temperature, airflow, and feed rate to achieve optimal drying conditions.

Maintain equipment: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of the spray dryer and related machinery.

Quality control: Conduct regular quality checks on the dried product and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, including batch records, logs, and samples.

Safety and GMP: Adhere to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Troubleshooting: Address operational issues and minimize downtime.

Other duties: May include assisting with raw material ordering, cleanup, and other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience operating spray dryers is highly preferred, especially in the food or chemical industry.

Knowledge: Understanding of spray drying principles, equipment operation, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.

Skills: Good communication, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Other: May require ability to lift weights, climb ladders, and work in a potentially noisy or dusty environment.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required, and further education (e.g., chemistry or engineering) may be beneficial.
