The role involvWe are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating machinery, assembling and inspecting products, and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines and equipment

• Assemble, pack, and inspect products in accordance with company standards

• Maintain accurate records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform basic preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime

• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and quality guidelines

• Coordinate with team members on tool improvements and new mold trials

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Fresher in manufacturing or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures

• Physically fit with the ability to stand for long hours

• Willingness to work in shifts, including overtime if required

• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
