We are looking for a skilled and reliable Pouch Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating pouch packing machines and ensuring efficient, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pouch packing machines (such as FFS, automatic, or semi-automatic types).

• Set up machines before the production run (adjust temperature, speed, sealing, etc.).

• Load film rolls, check alignment, and ensure correct pouch size and filling quantity.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

• Inspect finished pouches for quality, proper sealing, and labeling.

• Record daily production data, material usage, and downtime.

• Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams for smooth operation.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and operational protocols on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Packaging.

• Experience: 1–3 years operating pouch or packaging machines (e.g., FFS, multi-head, automatic filling).

• Knowledge of machine settings, temperature control, and sealing processes.

• Basic understanding of mechanical troubleshooting.

• Attention to detail and quality standards.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle production targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with powder/liquid/granule filling machines.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance.

• Team player with good communication and discipline.
