Machine Operator

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

Experience:

1–2 years of relevant experience in dairy / food processing industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate farm-based fill and seal machines for raw milk packaging.

- Identify and correct machine faults promptly to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure daily production targets are met with efficiency and accuracy.

- Perform CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) procedures as per standards.

- Monitor and handle manpower on the production line.

- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with company quality standards.

Skills Required:

- Basic technical knowledge of filling and sealing machinery.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage and coordinate with workers.

- Commitment to quality and production timelines.

Salary & Benefits:
