Job Title – Machine Operator / Production Operator
We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team at Company Name. The role involves operating manufacturing machinery, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position requires working directly on the production floor and handling day-to-day production activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of In-Hand Salary and an opportunity to be part of a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Assemble, pack, and inspect products as per company guidelines.
Work directly on the production floor and perform daily production activities.
Maintain production records and manage tool room inventory.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed.
Assist with tool improvements and new mold trials.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Minimum Qualification.
Experience: Experience Range in manufacturing or a related field.
Willingness to work on the production floor is required.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina and ability to perform hands-on production work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsible and disciplined approach towards work.
