Key Responsibilities:

Operate assigned machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Set up machines before starting production (calibration, cleaning, etc.).

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation.

Ensure production targets are achieved within given timelines.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Identify and report machine faults or breakdowns to maintenance team.

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Maintain proper documentation of production and machine logs.

Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Keep the work area clean and organized (5S standards).
