Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup & Operation: Calibrating, setting up, and safely operating production machinery according to work orders and specifications.
Monitoring & Adjustment: Continuously monitoring machine performance, making adjustments to settings to maintain quality and efficiency, and feeding raw materials as needed.
Quality Control: Performing quality checks on finished products and machine outputs, inspecting for defects, and ensuring adherence to product specifications and customer requirements.
Maintenance & Cleaning: Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machinery to ensure smooth operation and preventing malfunctions.
