Role Purpose

The Machine Operator will support solar manufacturing plant operations by ensuring smooth

functioning of machinery, maintaining production quality, and following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor solar manufacturing machines

• Ensure smooth production process and quality output

• Basic machine handling and troubleshooting

• Maintain production records

• Follow safety standards and PPE compliance

• Maintain cleanliness on shop floor

• Support maintenance teams Salary for
Diploma/Bsc Candidates

Rs. 18,640/- CTC PM, Take Home Rs . 14,589/- PM(Approx.)

Salary for ITI/BA/BCOM Candidates

Rs. 17,200/- CTC PM, Take Home Rs. 13,348/- PM(Approx.)

Salary for 10Tth & 12th Pass Candidates

Rs. 16,645/- CTC PM, Take Home Rs. 12,805/- PM(Approx.)

Food allowance at month end - 585 rs

Accomodation facility - 750 rs per month at adani colony ( you need to pay for it )

Insurance medical - 2 lakh

Accident insurance - 5 lakh
