Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CMM machines for dimensional inspection.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and dial indicators.
Conduct calibration checks for measuring instruments.
Identify non-conforming products and report quality issues to supervisors.
Support production and quality teams in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with ISO and company quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the inspection area.
