Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Riggers with experience or knowledge in FTTX Fibre projects. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on field-based fiber installation and maintenance tasks and should possess a valid driving license along with a two-wheeler for commuting between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, splicing, and maintenance of FTTX fibre optic cables.

• Support the fiber network team in physical rigging and laying of fibre.

• Work in coordination with the field engineers and project team.

• Ensure all safety protocols and technical standards are followed on-site.

• Troubleshoot and resolve fibre-related field issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 10th + ITI or 12th pass (Preferred: ITI in Electrical/Wiring/Technician fields)

• Experience: Freshers with fibre knowledge or 1+ years in a similar role preferred

• Technical Requirement: Knowledge of FTTX Fibre installation

Preferred Attributes:

• Physically fit and able to work at heights or confined areas.

• Familiarity with Mumbai geography and field logistics.

• Team player with good discipline and punctuality.
